The Epson Global ID is a single-sign-on feature that allows you to use multiple services provided by the Seiko Epson Group.
With the Epson Global ID, you only need to log in once to use any of the supported services.
Your registration information and measurement data is also shared for each supported service.
The Epson Global ID covers the following services.

The Epson Global ID (email address) you registered is already in use.
Login using the Epson Global ID (email address) and password you registered.
If you cannot receive emails at the address you registered as the Epson Global ID, the alternate email address is used instead.
This is normally used when resetting your password.
Although registering an alternate email address is optional, we strongly recommend that you use this feature.
Enter active email addresses that can receive emails.
Notes when entering a password:
Enter a combination of at least two types of characters from uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols ( ! # $ % & * + - = ? @ _ ).
When you select "Keep me logged in" and login, you do not need to enter your ID and password for one year, and you can use multiple services.
However, in the following situations, your login is canceled.
* Do not use this option if you are using a public computer, such as a computer located in a school or office.
This logs you out of the service you are using.
When you log out, you are logged out of all of the services covered by your Epson Global ID single-sign-on feature.
Cancel your subscriptions to every service you are using from your Epson Global ID. Your Epson Global ID is then automatically deleted.
You can re-register your Epson Global ID using the same email address even after canceling your subscription.
However, the data you collected is deleted and cannot be restored.

As well as using an email address and password as authentication, this system is designed to prevent unauthorized logins by anyone other than the user by verifying the user's identity by sending a verification code to the email address.
For customers using certain services, two-step verification may be required when logging in.
Your registered email address is required for two-step verification, so be sure to use an active account that can always receive emails.
